When you commence your project with us, it is only 5 simple steps away from completion. Our promise is to consistently deliver building projects on time and to your complete satisfaction:
1. Consultation
Upon your request, we will arrange for a consultant to visit and discuss your needs in detail.
2. Project Assessment
Our Site Assessment Team visits the site and takes detailed notes which include:
- * Site measure
- * Assessment of individual requirements
- * Assessment of existing structure
- * Recommendations provided on the basis of site assessment
3. Design and Quotation
The cost or estimation is a very essential part of any construction project. We understand and help our clients by mutually arriving at the most practical and suitable solutions – thereby maximising the outcome of their expenditure.
4. Construction
At Active Built under normal circumstances we can commence your project within 2-5 weeks (subject to approvals and design) from placement of order. Our construction team ensures all subcontractors are in accordance with current industry and Workplace Health and Safety standards.
During construction, we regularly liaise with the client should there be any queries or problems. It is our aim to minimise any impact on surrounding offices or buildings by carrying out work that involves high levels of noise or dust, outside normal business hours.
5. Completion / Hand-Over
After construction, the complete refurbishment is assessed by our Client Service Team on the following points:
- * Cleanliness
- * Equipment all functioning
- * All sealing and finishing complete
- * Appropriate signage in place
- * All new installations complete and functioning correctly
